Lao gan ma ham
Got leftover ham? Easy, let’s make this yummy szechuan lao gan ma ham that will blow your socks off. Spice spice baby!

Ingredients:
1 lb cubed smoked ham
4 tbsp lao gan ma sauce (heap)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 stalk chopped scallions
1 tbsp soy sauce
Recipe:
It’s that simple, sautee the ham in a wok or pan on medium-high, and sear the meat for 2-3 minutes. Mix the sauces and sugar and add it into the wok/pan , and toss/stir until evenly coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and you’re done!
Garnish with scallions and serve.
