  • 1/2 dozen oysters

  • 2 tbsp Huy Fong Chili garlic sauce

  • 1 finely chopped scallion stalk

  • 1/2 lemon

Recipe:

Serve chilled oysters with some Huy Fong Chili garlic sauce, scallions, and a generous squeeze of lemon.
